| Rules ..::Please Read All The Rules Below::.. By joining this toplist you agree to the following terms. If you are found to be in violation of any of the below requirements you will be notified and given 72 hours to remedy the situation. If you do not remedy the situation your site will be removed from the toplist until the problem is corrected. 1. SITE DESCRIPTIONS~ please limit the length of your descriptions to 2-5 lines or less. This will help save on loading time for you all of us. 2. EMAIL ADDRESSES~ you *must* keep your email address current. Any returned emails will result in that site being removed from the toplist with no notice given. If you want to be a member of this toplist please be responsible and keep your contact information up to date. 3. CHEATING~ do not use hit bots, cheat the hits or anything of this nature. If you are discovered doing such things you will be banned and reported to other Top Phone sex sites. 4. QUALIFICATIONS~ any legal phone sex site or live cam site which offers phone with their service may join. All models must be over the age of 18 and all sites must have US Reg 18 2257 compliancy statements on their websites. Sites that do not have US Reg 18 2257 compliancy statements will be removed from this toplist without notice. 5. HARASSMENT~ there will be no harassment of toplist members by any other members of the site. If you have a problem with someone on the toplist email me at dirtygirl@dirtiestgirlintheworld.com so that I can handle the situation. 6. ENTRAPPING VOTES~ you can not use an entrapping way of getting votes. That includes your friends of fans that may use the toplist link to help you get hits. Let them know it is a violation this toplist’s user policy and will cause your site to be removed from the toplist. People must have a choice of voting or not voting for your site. Your site will be removed immediately if found to be in violation of this rule. You can however; reapply after you have corrected the situation but you will lose all previous votes. 7. BANNERS SIZES~ please limit the size of your banners to the standard banner size of 468x60. This will allow this site to continue to load fast and give you great service. 8. BANNERS~ A visible working banner designated by the toplist or written approved link back to "The Dirty Girls Toplist" *must* be on your site. If you are found not to have the link back to this top list you will be warned, then if necessary, removed after three days. Be sure to use the special link code that is generated from the toplist so that your clicks will count =) 9. SITES NOT WORKING~ any site that is not working or that has an invalid link will be removed from the toplist until it is fixed and I am emailed to verify that it is working again. This isn’t meant to be nasty, it is done in an effort to give our visitors the best sites we have and if yours isn't working it makes all of us look unprofessional. Not to mention it just takes up space that a working site could have. I know that nobody likes a lot of rules but they are necessary to keep some order and to keep the toplist running smoothly. If we all follow the rules then our toplist will be one of the best out there.
